When can I reach Customer Support?
Contact Support can be contacted during normal business hours, 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, PST. However, often staff and the owners are around throughout various off hours and may respond back during off scheduled hours.

What type of payment methods do you offer?
Currently we use the mightly PayPal, which allows you to purchase with a major credit card or a PayPal account.
Do I need a PayPal account to order?
No, you do not need a PayPal account to purchase when using a Major Credit Card.
Can I pay with money order or personal check?
Not at this time.
When will I be billed for my order?
When the transaction is completed PayPal will debit the money instantly and then falls into the PayPal rules for protection.
Do I have to wait to download the Pro Extension?
No, you will be able to download immediately after you purchase.
Is the Pro Extension a one time purchase or a monthly fee?
All sales are one-time (final), no monthly or recurring charges apply.
